I'm feeling empowered!!! I have been tracking every single calorie that goes in my mouth and it's working. The scales are going down. I need to stop weighing every day though. I think once or maybe twice a week is plenty as long as I'm going in the right direction.

VERY cold today, I was hoping my car wouldn't start this morning but my wonderful hubby gave her a tune up and she fired right up. So I guess I'm braving the arctic cold here in central Michigan. On the plus side, it's Thursday.

Planning a grocery trip on Saturday. I'm loving the calorie controlled cakes, brownies, etc. that are on the market now. I started out on South Beach and dropped 50 pounds but stalled out after that. I have started having 1 sweet treat within my calorie restrictions per day and it's such a reward!!!! Hopefully I can keep this up, I have incentive clothes calling me from the closet :)
