The scale nudged down slightly today, which I'm happy about. Yesterday was a bit of a rest day in terms of exercise. Friday I ran, today I play soccer, but yesterday my main source of exercise was two (30-40 minute) walks with the dog. I'm still being careful about food, logging everything and trying to keep a good level of calories with low carbs. Seems to be working so far.
It's funny-- even though I am really happy about my progress, I'm still hanging on to that frustration about how far I have to go. But my husband encouraged me today when he said "you can only make progress where you are," which I thought was a good perspective. Progress is good.
