Well after 2 months of Atkins and strict 35 Net carbs or less I am seriously considering going back to calorie count today. I've maintained my weight within 1lb (115) but I am sick of eating the same things. I find it too hard to eat low carb when not at home (whole foods anyway), and with the stress I've been under lately, I haven't been eating regularly or drinking my water regularly throughout the day either so my system isn't functioning properly. I'm scared to go back to eating fruits and counting calories because I tend to eat non whole foods when I count calories and tend to crave sugars & carbs but I it's just more practical at the moment and I'm also frustrated with the scale not budging for several weeks. Hopefully this doesn't backfire on me.
