I ate high fat today! Over 50% of calories from fat. Mostly from the avocado I put in my salad. I also put in 2 tablespoons of bacon bits and 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese. I also put butter on my English muffin. The calories are okay. I have 1/2 of an avacado to finish so I'll do that tomorrow. And I'll put butter on the English muffins until they are gone (4 left). Then back to low fat. I didn't even get close to 40 grams of protein today. But don't feel like beans and there isn't any milk in the house. AND I have no appetite. Thought it was the heat. It's about 100 outside, it's almost 6pm which is the hottest part of the day. The a/c is running but I'm putting it at 78-79 even though I'm comfortable at 76.
I have a slight fever 100.7 and feel lousy, heachache, dry cough and very, very sleepy. Tried to take a covid test but I think I did it wrong. I really haven't been around anyone - physical therapy last week and the grocery store on Monday, and Jimboy's tacos (drive through) I'll call my doctor tomorrow if I don't feel better.
