I was detoxing so bad yesterday I had to reweight myself this morning. WOW!!! I'm impressed with myself. I managed to do 5 minutes on the elliptical yesterday. I will do the same for this whole week. kept my calories at 1725 and went over on my sugar in take but it was fruit oriented. And i need to work on my fat intake again. its all about baby steps each and every moment of the day. so I don't feel so bad. got all my water in and ate sensibly. Thanks for listening.

Thank you all for your support. I've been struggling for quite some time. I'm starting to feel my clothing on me differently too. So my inches are going down as well. I'm really trying to stay with a 1725 calorie diet. My fat and protein percentages are not doing so well. It's really tough making sure there is no sugars or add sugars to many foods. Especially when your on the fly. I have been keeping up on my water intake. Some days are better than other thou

@marilyn: definitely keep the protein high so you keep any muscle you already have. There are some WOE (way of eating) that include high fat intake but lower carb intake. Best advise from me: 1-consult your doctor to ensure your body is getting the needs specific to itself. And 2 - do some research to find a WOE that will fit your lifestyle for the LONG distance. This is a change that has to continue and you want to be able to maintain any losses you attain! We have all done the lose, gain, lose routine! For the question about my elliptical I bought if off Amazon and it was under $200. I figured I could save that in gad and a gym membership. It's a Sunny Health and Fitness Magnetic elliptical bike sf-e905
