Did a mid week weigh in this morning to see how I was faring. I was up almost 2 pounds. Interestingly I have been eating more grain products this week, I find that fascinating. I really do believe there is a link between the two and that overall we eat way to many grains. At least I do and I always notice the correlation. Tomorrow will be less grains.
