That's depressing gained a total of 8 inches all together...4 of which are on my waist, and an inch and a half on my upper arms :(

Oh well, I new this was going to suck, but I did it anyway to record my NEW progress, at least I didn't gain it all back....

Jenni, this can happen to anyone. What separates the successful from the not-so-successful is how they handle it. I am so proud of you, and you should be too, for getting everything recorded and beginning again! You still have a very nice 14-pound loss that you have maintained. I've said many times that every misstep in this journey gives us valuable information. Eventually, you'll be able to look back over this spring period and see what lessons you can take forward with you. But, for now, give yourself a HUGE pat on the back for stopping the momentum and getting it turned around in the better direction. Focus on doing your best, esp. for this next week or two and you'll see those pounds start dropping again. If I remember correctly, Atkins really agrees with you and you can show some very nice losses relatively quickly. Good luck!
