I wanted to be down another few lbs before the end of the Mile a Day Challenge, but also I'm very proud for putting in such an effort. I've hit a snag, plateau, mind block, challenge bigger than me at the moment. I realized it's the thyroid kicking in, as well as my body got used to the same routine. Now I have to challenge myself to get past this by shock, changing routine, changing food intake. It's all up to me now!
