Big drop today. 1.8lbs. I blame it on all the steps I got in yesterday. 11,500. lol My sister is slowly catching up to me in steps. But it takes a long time for me to get my steps in. I have to stop and rest my back pretty frequently. The pool definitely helps, but I don't think the fitbit records all the steps and such that I get in while swimming since the water really softens the steps. No worries though. Just got to keep walking it out a little at a time. My plan of action today is to get as many extra steps as I can each hour and hopefully that will be more than what my sister gets on her walk and feeding animals.
I can hear thunder rumbling already today. -__- Hopefully it'll come and go pretty quick, so we can get our swim on today. I also picked up a watermelon yesterday so slicing and dicing that is part of my plan for the day as well. Who doesn't love a good watermelon. Yum.
I have leftover chicken from last night, not sure what the plan is yet for dinner and lunch, after blogging that is my next thing to do. ^_^ I also still have to make phone calls today.
