whoo hoo lost 1 more lb. this week, I didn't gain real happy. Worked out 4 times this week. Have to keep that up, have to make myself do it. Old habits are hard to break. My husband has been losing weight like crazy not even trying. He is about 20 lbs. over weight. Yall keep me in your prayers have to go to phase 2 and very scared of eating those friendly carbs, afraid it will trigger the fat side of my brain and tell me 1 time is ok and that turns into just forget the diet. and I do appreciate each one of you for your support and encouragement.
