Survived day one without eating grains. Stayed within calorie range but was high in carbs and fat. Had to be at an event early so grabbed some salami and cheese. Not the best breakfast but still better than the bagel or scone I would have grabbed at the coffee shop. Also, lots of carbs in the cranberries on my salad. Another early event today so I set the alarm to make sure I had time to bake some bacon and get a good, high protein start.
