Hello everyone. It is will be 2.00 o'clock. All night is in front of me. But not have been able to sleep due all my pain. So decided to have something to eat ( before I used to empty all my fridge out as I am a comfort eater). I found some strawberries 😊

Well done for picking something healthy while in pain it can be extremely hard to do x

I am totally agree with you Eliza998. When I struggled before with pain my emotional ( or comfort ) eating went very bad. I tend to use more sugary snacks , or like crisps , or foods which easy to get to in the fridge ( cheese .....a lot of it .... ). Nowadays I tend to snack on a 1 slice of cheese,tomatoes, cucumbers,berries and fruits. xx

Unfortunately I still have a bad habbit of buy loads of food however I had stopped eating for comfort as I do not want to slip back into it. I'm changing my bad habits, it's really hard but I think it be worth it in the end both me and my budget.
