Slow and steady wins the race - right? RIGHT?? I know it took a while to gain all this weight and I've kept it as my near and not so dear "friend" for whatever reasons. Enough already-- I can see 200lb in my future!! I have not been under that barrier since before my daughter was born. She graduates from HS next week--do you think its time?!?!? I am so looking forward to breaking the barrier--I can almost taste it--but, I won't!! I am so tired of hearing my Wii say "that's Obese" I could her--yet I in many ways I depend on hearing that to keep me motivated.
It's beautiful on LA today!! Will do a nice long walk with Callie this afternoon/evening. Hope everyone has a great day!
