not following the diet very well at all but going back down. Thats a plus. Going to get on it better on monday. Got my mom and dad doing the diet. Dads doing great. Very excited that he is loosing. He says that loosing is a insentive for him so he is going to keep going. Told him great for me I have someone calling me everyday to make sure I stayed the the range of how many I can eat. Then turns around and tells me what he ate so I can tell him if he stayed under his 20 grams. HAHA think its funny. But Its working for both of us.
