Today is not going good for me. I am hungry for the first time since Christmas when I got this bug going around. I need to curb this binge in now. I will go to the store at lunch and get some veggies to eat so the homemade chocolate chip cookies here at work don't tempt me (I have already had 2). I need to keep my eye on the prize and not to let other people's successes at curbing this beast bother me. I need to remember the only person that matters is me and my journey towards weight loss.
