Today is not going good for me. I am hungry for the first time since Christmas when I got this bug going around. I need to curb this binge in now. I will go to the store at lunch and get some veggies to eat so the homemade chocolate chip cookies here at work don't tempt me (I have already had 2). I need to keep my eye on the prize and not to let other people's successes at curbing this beast bother me. I need to remember the only person that matters is me and my journey towards weight loss.

I feel for you, they had homemade cookies here yesterday, I managed to just eat one and got them out of my head then adjusted what I ate later. Hang in there...get those veggies and munch on something that won't derail you. In the end it's not worth the calories and what you have to do to work them off.
