Good morning everyone! I survived my first round of clinicals, whew! What a weight off of my shoulders to have gotten my feet wet and faced the unknown. Now that I know what to expect on clinical weekends I'm hoping that my anxiety will be calmed drastically.
My eating could have been better Friday-Monday, but It could have been worse. I wasn't eating too carelessly, and it wasn't a binge either so that's not bad. I did make a big ol pan of no bake cookies sunday night though, and they were delicious. My TOM made a grand appearance Saturday, so I've been dealing with the chocolate cravings, fleeting moments of insanity, and of course bloat. The kids finally went back to school today after having last Thursday, Friday and yesterday off. I was going to skip the gym and go straight home to bask in the silence, but then I put on my jeans (or should I say squeezed into them) and thought... meh, better not. So I went to the gym after dropping the kiddo off and put in thirty minutes on the elliptical. Still feeling a little rough around the edges so I didn't want to push myself too hard. Back to calorie tracking and working on my fitness.... and my studies lol. No rest for the wicked.
Well my house has been severely neglected after working Friday and Monday, and spending the entire weekend in clinicals. I've got my work cut out for me.
