I am super sad, my running buddy had a nerve die in her leg (due to kneeling too long) and so for the next 6 months to a year she is no running and has to do intensive physical therapy to get it back. =( I have only run once this month and I am having a hard time motivating myself to do so. I am getting walking and biking in. I guess I need to find a new buddy to run with. We truly have to take care of the body we have.
