Walk Walk Walk. I finally got to go walking!!!! Walked a whole mile. Sounds small, but a victory is a victory. Been a week of heavy meals. Celebrated by b-day, then my mother in laws, then my brother in law came into town from out of state and we've eaten a couple big meals with him, now tomorrow going out again with my Dad to celebrate my late birthday. But- even with that said, I have eaten less than I normally would and have cut way way back on the soda. Down from a previous average of 6 - 8 soda's a day to 1 or 2 and some day's none. It's been hard retraining my family and friends to stop offering or just getting me one, but we are working on it. I am discovering a little more energy and a whole lot less bloating and inflamation in my hands. Win Win I'll take it. OK off to weight in.. .. .. Grrrrrr not looking forward to it.
