Day 2. Feeling OK. I think my body remembers what I am doing. I had zero problems last night. My window is 6:30AM - 10:30AM. Nothing but water and black coffee outside this window. I am doing about half my RDI and trying to stay inside KETO guidelines (60% Fat, 30% Protein, 10% Carbs). This will be adjusted after week 2 weigh in. I am eating breakfast and an early lunch. No snacks, even inside the window. In 2 weeks I will increase my exercise. This will give my body a chance to adjust to the new/old diet (again). I kept my weight off for 2 years and then Covid Hit. It's no excuse but I used it as one. So in the last two years I slowly gained 80% of my lost weight back. Have family support this time so that will help too.
