I am starting to stress out. Will be gone from my safety net this weekend, as we are going to a grand daughters graduation, out of town. I know without a doubt that I will not adhere to my diet protocal, as we will most likely be eating out. In preparation, today, I plan to eat only fruit.
Tomorrow. I hope you all will keep me in your prayers that God will put the right choices in front of me to make it easy. I have already tested eating out, and I am pretty sure I can do this. Going to do what a friend said in her comment to my journal.. I will put the word "Determination" on a posty note, and tape it to my purse!
The family it is a long story... but short version.. I married into the ready made family about 6 years ago. (Online romance) :) So, I have lots of aprehensions when we get together. Just another ongoing learning experience..
Lesson to learn... Relax... enjoy... and sit back and watch.
I may not be able to record any entries while we are gone.. but I hope to if I get the chance.. We will be taking Cal's lap top and I will try.
