I usually eat around 1200 calories. On December 30, I had my restaurant dinner and it was 1600 calories but I forgot to count the bread before the meal arrived, and the salad croutons. ;) On December 31, I had a veggie omelette and forgot to ask for egg whites, so it was high cholesterol and about 1350 calories that day. January 1st I was back on track. Cheers!
