Took my Grandma to the knee Dr today so she could get a shot in it. I got to watch, pretty cool. He added lubricant to her knee since it is bone on bone. Then we went shopping at Walmart, after that she wanted In-N-Out for lunch, yummy but full of calories, but when you are 92 like she is it really doesn't matter. I hope my workout tomorrow will help counter that. After I took her home I went to visit my Aunt who is house bound right now due to kidney issues. She seemed in good spirits though.
Made it through with no panic attacks, this is really huge for me.
Seriously can't believe it's the last Tuesday of 2014!
