Got lot's done today. Workout, cleaning the house, some sewing, and cleaned out the frig. Spent almost 2 hours on the phone with my mother, started great ended not so good. It's so sad to me that she is still living in 1994 and that she can't let go and move on. I fared okay with the call and was able to get off before she got me upset. The test will be if I have a panic attack later this evening or tomorrow. It's funny that even now when I get off the phone with her the first thing I think is "I need some chocolate". I didn't and got back to the sewing I was doing. I guess some things are just going to be life long journey to overcome. Hope your last Monday of December was good.

Good for you, not getting into the chocolate when someone stresses you out. The sewing kept you busy so it was stress reducing. :)
