Wow! 201.8 pounds. I have not seen that weight in a long time. Feels good. I had what I call a hungry day yesterday. I hate those. I am learning to ask myself questions. What is going on? Am I really hungry or just bored. Maybe I am just thirsty. You would think at my age I would have it all figured out (69), but I do not. Listen up you young gals just when you think you have it figured out you learn something new. It is a ongoing process learning about yourself and others.
