The pineapple express hit last night and today and what a crazy storm. Since I live in the mountains we didn't have flooding but we were without power for 6 hours. So I had the day off of school and everything else I had planned got canceled too. Sometimes in the midst of craziness there is something to smile about. Since I didn't have work I have been doing all those little things that you put to the side for another time and getting things cleaned up. yay! I went to my first Christmas party of the season last night and did GREAT!! I was so proud of myself. It can be done!! Next party is Saturday. I'm taking it one party at a time, =)
