Well after 2 weeks of working out almost daily, I gained nearly 10 lbs. My muscles have positively reacted to the workouts and I knew I would do some gaining, I was very muscular and compact back in the day. I’m not sure how long the weight gain trend will last but I DO NOT consider it a set back, I consider it a necessity and am pleased my muscles are building so quickly. I’m going to do weigh ins monthly from this point forward to avoid any frustration or negative energy from creeping into my head.
