Well getting to grips with the food entry bits, even added a couple of recipes, though I do have a problem with getting the system to accept some sizes of ingredients. It will insist on adding them as serving rather than the actual weight, but I'm sure I'll find a way round it eventually. Put myself up for the Winter body challenge which starts tomorrow, so that will be interesting, especially if anyone is passing our house when I attempt the push ups!!!
