tomorrow is my weigh in day. It's going to be a miracle if I lost, and a blessing if I stayed the same, considering the last two days of Xmas festivities...ie food!


So the question is, Do I weigh in or do I wait till I feel thinner. I know if I weigh in and I'm up I'll be bummed out all day, but I' m so curious.

Arggg!

I just know I'll cave in to the curiosity.

I would weigh in. First it keeps you pattern. Second if you increased, it will be motivation. I say this knowledge that I had my bad week last week and had to recover. I just did my eight and I am back on track.

I took your advice! And, oddly, I'm not bummed out that I gained a pound +. It's a hiccup. I still have a good weight loss behind me, so I'm still ahead of the game. And I know I've not lost control. I know I'll continue on my new eating plan. I'm glad you're back on track. It's not a good feeling to be out of control. In fact, when I'm out of control with my food, I feel I'm out of control in my life. It makes me unhappy in everything. Good for us! Let's kick a** this week on our diet plans!

Thank you. Attitude is everything. Sometimes I 'see' Deb's pictogram and remind myself 'Stay Positive' It helps, a lot!
