I usually am busy on Tuesday nights but not tonight so I got in a walk. A bonus workout and I'll take it. Feeling better about my car, hubby thinks he can fix it without really being able to tell. Felt like i was eating all day but my calories aren't too bad. Pretty soon our staff room will be filled up with Christmas goodies. Developing a game plan to eat a little but not a lot. I would avoid it altogether but that's were I have to go to warm up my lunch. On a workout note my friend entered us in a marathon relay in January. I will be running about 1/3 of a marathon. It helps to keep me motivated and training.

The good thing about your running and training for a marathon is that you need to eat well to maintain those muscles. You do a good job of maintaining your weight and need a little extra calories because of the exercise that you do. :)
