I am feeling well under the weather today, food is making me nauseous. I was up off n on all night using the bathroom. It might have been the chicken or asparagus but something made me sick. Today I can't stand the smell of food... I'm forcing myself to eat but I fear I won't be able to come even close to my daily caloric intake. it's been a tough week with this, especially today... Hope everyone did there best they could today & be grateful for each moment because each moment gives us another chance to get on track!!!!!
