Hello folks, the past week has been a new struggle for me even though I am eating well within my calorie goals and less but not getting my normal workout routines in on a daily basis.

Allot of high stress in my personal life. My father at 92 is doing very poorly and his cancer is taking over. The doctor does not expect him to make it by Christmas. My mom is 82 and she is going trying her best. I find it scare how 6 months ago he was very active and sharp mentally and around the farm all the time and seeing the rapid decline that is cancer has taken on him. My stress level is high and I see it in my AC1 readings which is about 40 higher than normal. My mind is getting distracted in thoughts including forgetting how many sets I have been doing and what rep I am on.

Please keep my father in your thoughts and prayers.
