Got in a great workout this morning! 30 min. of the treadmill doing intervals. Then worked on glutes, thighs and abs for about 45 minutes. I took my measurements this morning so hopefully by the end of the Cutey Booty challenge I will see a big difference! I'm really excited about my weight loss this far and continuing to not only lose weight but tone as well!
