Hi friends, I am back from vacation. I had such a wonderful time with friends and family. Getting there was a little crazy as my flight was delayed so I missed my connecting flight but they did good by me and bumped me up to first class. Woo Hoo, I am telling you that is the way to fly!! It was kind of sad coming home in economy, lol. Since I missed my connecting flight and ended up with a 5 hour layover I walked the airport for about 3 of them, not speed walking, I was also hoping it would help me sleep on the plane, which it did not. I finally arrived at my destination 13 hours after I was supposed to, I stayed up and spent the time with my family. Two days I walked and two days I jogged. It was a great visit with my family, but they eat out a lot. Goodness. I tried really hard to make good choices and felt like I did pretty good. When my friends arrived we headed down to our 20th college reunion. Overall I felt okay about my choices, but I didn't drink enough water. We did a lot of standing and walking but not really exercise pace. I really did have a great time and I am glad to be home and sleeping in my own bed, eating my own food and exercising again.
