I had a great workout 35 minutes using NUstep and did 4200 steps an equal to 2.5 miles. and did core strengthening to help recovery of my muscles after back surgery #3. finally water sit-ups and leg exercises. I came back from being paralyzed and I know I come back and better from this. MINDSET. I coach my clients on mindset and I am applying my teaching on me. yeah. A salad and a home beef burrito Yum.
