Two things I learned the hard way this week:

1) Don't drink two cups of coffee in the morning or your cheeks will be flushed from high blood pressure and your anxiety will kick in close to paranoia. It's not fun. Stick to one cup of coffee and see if maybe the weird warmth is a side effect from the <brand name removed> diet pills.

2.) Don't drink your collagen almond milk banana peanut butter protein meal replacement shake after the gym at eight o'clock at night or YOU WILL wake up choking on your own stomach acid shortly after finally falling asleep. (Reminder: add Tums to the shopping list)

I'd be tracking those diet pills. They may have their own caffeine load.

@Erikahollister- I didn't take the mystery ingredient pills today because they are for sure fake and my one cup of coffee was still too strong. I might have to switch to green tea. Or do 1/2 calf like @JoJo11~11 mentioned. Great idea. Thanks for the tip.

I go through periods when I just need a caffeine detox, I quit for awhile, then cautiously add it back in if I can tolerate it. I have a love/hate relationship with coffee. I drink a homemade stevia sweetened cocoa that's a yummy alternative.
