Although it wasn't a huge loss - still pleased! Also need to consider the non-scale victories; my gym clothes was tight at the start of Feb, now it is slightly looser than it was. I couldn't do a sit up at the start of the month due to having an epidural and just generally being weaker after giving birth, now I can do sit ups again and feel my body's strength returning! Baby steps.
