Starting to clock my consumption again. I am down a total of 77 pounds from my highest weight, YAY! I did not workout yesterday and today because I am sick. I am feeling a little better so far today so hopefully I can get up in the morning and workout. Since the weight lose, it is a lot easier moving around and not much pressure on my arthritic knees. I really enjoy doing the 17 minutes kickboxing video and the Biggest Loser weight video. I will try to eventually get to a 1 hour workout at least 5 times a week. I have to see my PCP tomorrow and I am sure they will be pleased at my weight lose. I hope that I am down at least 6 pounds and my BP is good. I am soooo tired of taking these BP meds.
