We had the usual family get together for Memorial Day and I stayed away from bread so I'm proud of myself. I ate lots of veggies and a little cheese but the only thing I really prob didn't do so well with was I ate prob 10 of my Brother-in-Laws grilled bacon wrapped pheasant (I think) with a piece of bell pepper inside. I'm just guessing on the quantity but I'm pretty sure I didn't eat over 10. then I had a baked portabello mushroom with chopped up veggies and a slice of cheese on top. The only thing "naughty" I had was 2 medium slices of angel food cake. All in all not too bad. I just keep thinking that the weight of all that food is just sitting in my belly and I need too poo it out! lol I think I'll go eat 3 of those "1" prunes to help things along a bit. :oD Have a great week!
