Today was a very fitness heavy day. I work from home so during my lunch I did a 45 minute high intensity cardio workout. Then after work I was bored and did a 30 minute dance cardio before I had dance classes. For dance I had a 45 minute aerial silks class and 45 minute pole fitness class. I burned 660 calories which is quite a lot for me. I'm hoping to lose these 15 pounds quickly and return to my normal size then just maintain from there.
