What is Silicone and is it Toxic? - The Soft Landing

Woke up at 5 am and couldn't fall back asleep. Browsed RSS feeds for a couple of hours and got up an hour late. I wonder if the full strength coffee had anything to do with it.

Morning plank and ten minutes first thing in the morning on the Air Walk Trainer to burn off glycogen.

Today is an up day on the Alternate-Day Diet (eat all I want). Still working on food in the freezer.

Cardio: one hour on the Air Walk Trainer plus five minutes every hour to offset the effects of sitting. Steps: 715. Yesterday's 1,753 was my all time record for one day. I didn't set out to establish a record. I was just trying to beat my daily average of 708. I got a strong tailwind from doing cardio earlier to avoid having to do it while I watched "Supernatural" and "The Blacklist."

I keep running across recipes online in the course of trying to eat better. So far, all I've done is bookmark them in Amazon's rudimentary browser, Silk, or save them in Evernote. There aren't that many Fire apps for importing recipes. After trying several, I settled on Paprika. It has a bookmarklet for my Chromebook and an app for Android as well and it syncs recipes to the cloud. I'm going to wait and see if I use the app before getting it for Android. I don't like paying twice, once for the Fire HD and once on Google Play, but it is what it is.

Good job on all the workouts you do. Your chart is awesome, downward all the way. I take pictures of recipes that I want to try with my tablet while they are showing on the laptop, especially from the sites I visit on FB. I could use the cloud to store my pics on the tablet when I get too many or import them. Of course, I haven't tried the first recipe on all the cookbooks I downloaded. One of these days, maybe. Love watching Supernatural. Strange show but I like it. Also like Forever, a new show. Several others too that are a bit strange. Not into reality shows at all. Have an wonderful day Chris.

Coffee doesn't seem to bother me at night (Only one cup). Don't you hate when you wake up, can't get back to sleep and fall asleep right before you have to get up anyway. KATTAY: If your on your laptop, and you have Microsoft word, you can hit the [Prnt Scrn] button while the page you want to save is up, go to a blank word page, press [Ctrl & V] at the same time, and it will paste a snapshot of the screen. Once pasted, you can crop out the unwanted areas and change the size. You can then save the page in your documents.

Thanks for the info Chillie Willie. I have tried to use my Prnt Scrn and got nothing. Maybe I didn't do something right. On my work PC it worked but the Prnt Scrn program was installed on it. Will try it again this sometime this evening.

I didn't start to watch "Supernatural" until several years in so I'm slowly working my way through earlier years on Netflix. Get tired of the brothers bickering, but I'm still watching their tenth season.

I just started watching "Supernatural" on a fluke while channel surfing about 2 months ago. Caught my interest at the moment. So I haven't seen many of them. Tenth season! See how far I am behind in the television area.

Yeah, I'm still watching Supernatural. I have another favorite supernatural show, Grimm. I'm about to give up on Constantine, which comes on after Grimm on Fridays. The characters aren't that engaging and plots aren't that interesting.
