Didn't make it on here yesterday, the day just slipped away in the busyness. I got my flu shot yesterday and today I feel meh! I know they say it doesn't affect you but it always does me. That and I didn't get enough sleep last night. I am going to remedy that tonight! It's amazing how lack of sleep combined with something else can just bring you down. I was hoping to jog tonight but just couldn't do it, I did a bike ride in though. We are getting into soup time, what is your favorite??

I made low carb cauliflower and cheese soup today. It was pretty good just not as thick as regular.
