38.6% bf.. well its stable, stable stable. I have slipped a tad so probably 85% on diet. Not fasted for 2-3 weeks now. Unfortunately my pet cat died last week and emotionally that was a struggle. Had gin again friday night, so appreciate I need to stop that. I'm still eating around 85% carnivore, but odd bit of dark chocolate is sneaking in and I did have a McDonalds breakfast bap one morning.. (what was I thinking of!!).
