Today I weighed and no change.. actually I'm getting to be okay with NO GAIN!! now if I can just figure out how to get to the "lost weight" showing up on my scale, I would feel a lot better. My girlfriend just went and had liposuction and a breast reduction/lift done. She looks great but as for me, surgery of any type is a risk, the most common risk is throwing a blood clot. I am just not willing to risk surgery for the sake of looks. I am determined to lose at least 2 lbs this week. I was pretty good last night. Today is workouts at the gym with hubby. I also found a neighbor that I am going to join in with for Zumba Classes. Hope that helps.
