Hello, I'm back. Yeah, its been a rough , long past 3 years. I am ready to do the work, once again, and stop letting people influence my drive to focus on myself. I hit menopause, up to 220lbs, BP is starting to rise now. Depression all time high, and quality of life all time low. Time to fix it , within my power.
