Been away for a little over a week. Family tragedy which I will not get in to but it has been taken care of and now it is time to get back to the task at hand. I don't really want to weigh in because a week plus of family gathering and no exercise venues available can't have helped the cause. But I did get a 30 minute run in two days ago and last night I was finally back in the gym for 45 minutes on the elliptical and a good chest and back workout. That should help kick start things. I really wanted to go for a run out doors tonight but it looks like more rain. Will winter never end?
