Weight keeps going down, partly because of intermittent fasting, partly because I'm not hitting my RDI even on days when I don't fast. My sodium levels are still higher than I'd like because I'm eating my way through a pantry of processed food.
Usually, I don't have problems falling asleep but last night I did, possibly because of a longer than usual nap. Six hours of sleep with vivid dreams, followed by one hour drowsing while listening to podcasts.
Today marks the beginning of what I hope is a sustained and serious effort to organize, de-clutter and clean the apartment. To date, forty-five minute on the kitchen. Organizing things will have the side benefit of getting me moving. Deb writes about putting in 300 steps from the kitchen to the computer when she started her fitness regimen. Hey, I'm THAT guy.
Ran across some panko bread crumbs while organizing cupboards so I got the idea of breading shrimp and baking them. I got a dozen cans of Wild Planet pink shrimp to work my way through.
I'm doing cardio earlier today because I don't want to be on the Air Walk Trainer while watching "Father Brown" and "DCI Banks" tonight on PBS.
