Six hours of sleep with one wide-awake episode, followed by two hours of drowsing while listening to podcasts. Temperatures have finally cooled off. Time to take the fans out of the windows. Can you believe I ran the bedroom fan last night?

an interesting article on LiveStrong.com about making your own protein powder using a small coffee grinder, which I happen to have. All I have to do is find it... I also thought about grinding my considerable stash (two quart container) of textured vegetable protein into a powder with a food processor.
Morning plank. Ten minutes on the Air Walk Trainer first thing in the morning to burn off glycogen.
Cardio: one hour on the Air Walk Trainer and five minutes every hour to counter the effects of sitting.
More progress on de-cluttering the home office.
Relaxation: two 30-minute naps.
