Today is an up day on the Alternate-Day Diet (eat all I want). Cardio: 1 1/2 hours on the Air Walk Trainer. Steps: 790 (SmartHealth Pedometer).
I've decided to up my protein intake to at least one gram per pound, as per the recommendation of Men's Health. This may be why I haven't gained muscle mass despite strength training.
