I think I can get back on the right track. I had my traditional sprouted grain toast and over easy eggs with coconut/almond milk this morning, my staple breakfast. I'm going to do squats and planks and things of that nature this morning. I noticed I'm starting to lose my butt, I haven't ridden my bike since I moved into town and that's been about two months now. No good, no good at all. Oh, interesting, I just got to the bottom of my cup and I think my milk may have been a bit curdled, there's little globs at the bottom of the cup. Hmmm, hope I don't get sick
