Well, today I came back to Fatsecret. I am hoping to get some motivation to keep going on my journey to a healthier me. My first goal is 100lbs. I have lost 26lbs of that so far but then started to lose motivation, so here I am. if I want to be around for my kids and grandbaby then I need to do something. Here is to a new start!
